The TOM FORD impossible backless evening dress with train is crafted in crepe jersey, anchored by a 3D invisible structure at the shoulder and collarbone that distributes the weight of the garment. Each 3D piece is developed from a body scan, individually printed over 48 to 72 hours, polished, spray-painted and then precisely draped on mannequin by a specialist pattern maker.
